Injection points and dosage are planned after assessing excess tension through the neck, shoulders, and posterior upper body, with the aim of easing strain during sleep and seated posture.
Pricing reflects the clinic’s currently published treatment information. Final areas, amount, and price are confirmed after examination and consultation.

When the head stays forward and the shoulders roll inward, the neck, trapezius, and posterior upper-body muscles may remain under continuous tension. Muscle condition matters when reviewing discomfort while lying flat, morning stiffness, and fatigue during prolonged sitting.
Examination identifies overused muscles around the neck, shoulders, and back. Injection sites and dosage are adjusted to individual muscle thickness, tender points, and everyday posture, focusing on reducing excess tension while preserving useful strength.
The dominant source of tension can differ even when posture looks similar. SHIO reviews muscle thickness, tender points, and sleeping and working habits rather than treating only the area that feels tight on the surface.
Forward-head or rounded-shoulder posture with recurrent neck and shoulder tightness
Discomfort when lying flat or a heavy, stiff feeling on waking
Difficulty maintaining a comfortable upright posture while working or studying
A pulling sensation at the back of the neck or head heaviness associated with muscle tension
We review muscle-use patterns and tender points through the neck, shoulders, and back.
Placement and dosage are divided according to muscle thickness and tension.
The plan aims to reduce unnecessary effort during sleep and seated posture.
Posture and appropriate exercise remain part of the overall plan.

Please note
This treatment does not by itself correct skeletal alignment, and posture habits and appropriate exercise should be continued. Treatment scope, results, longevity, bruising, swelling, and changes in muscle strength vary by individual.
